Define the Success Criteria

At the outset of each project, realistic key goals are defined and kept in the focus through every activity thereafter.  All actions are monitored for potential issues and proven effectiveness towards the end goal.

Commit to Early Deliverables

To be quickly provable and effective, projects must commit to early deliverables.  These demonstrate progress, prove concept, underpin client involvement, and enhance teamwork.  We agree a rolling schedule of early and achievable deliverables for every project.

Teamwork is Key

Users and owners of the solutions should be involved in all areas of project development.  Only by working in partnership can we meet our goal of delivering real benefit.  Individuals are identified and the scope of their involvement defined at the outset of projects whenever possible.

Maximise Re-Use

Component and object technologies can provide ready-made functionality that allows us to deliver systems which are highly functional, flexible and re-usable.  Clients benefit from best-in-breed components, producing systems that can be extended and improved over time.  We continually monitor the industry and make use of leading packaged solutions/components where appropriate.
