Situation

After successfully deploying their global ERP solution across two continents, Aggreko was much closer to providing a single consolidated view of business performance; however the business needed to be able to produce reports easily and have the ability to drill down and analyse information without a heavy reliance on IT.  The vision was to push information out to the various business areas by delivering KPI dashboards and the provision of a standard and ad hoc reporting environment.
